mToken driver — download & install

Genuine mToken CryptoID installer.

Install on Windows

1. Download and extract the Windows zip above.
2. Open the folder and right-click mToken CryptoID.exe → Run as administrator.
3. Follow the wizard and finish; restart the PC if prompted.
4. Plug in the mToken and close every browser window.
5. Reopen the browser and open your portal — the token and certificate are detected.

Install on macOS

Download the macOS driver above, open the package and follow the installer. If macOS blocks it, allow the installer under System Settings → Privacy & Security, then reconnect the token.

mToken not detected — fix

1. Confirm the mToken CryptoID driver installed without error, then restart the PC.
2. Unplug and replug the token; try a different USB port (rear port, no hub).
3. Fully close and reopen the browser — the token is read at browser start.
4. On Windows check Device Manager → Smart card readers for the token with no yellow warning.
5. Remove any old driver from a different token brand — it can conflict with the mToken.
