Becoming a partner
Partner program, answered
How do I become a partner?
Apply through our short partner form. We review applications within 24 hours, then take you through a quick KYC and a simple partner agreement. Once approved, you get your partner pricing and can start issuing certificates the same week — you simply pay per certificate at your partner rate and keep the margin. No prior DSC experience required — we train you.
How do I earn as a partner?
You buy certificates at wholesale partner pricing and sell at your own price — the difference is your margin. Pricing improves slab by slab as your volume grows, and distributors also earn an override on everything their sub-resellers sell.
Is there a minimum volume to join?
No minimum to start as a reseller — you can begin even while you are still exploring the market. The distributor and franchise tiers unlock better margins and added benefits as your monthly volume grows, so you only commit when it makes sense for you.
How fast can I start selling?
Most partners are live within 1–2 business days of applying. Once your KYC is approved and your partner pricing is active, you can issue certificates immediately from a simple online panel — you just pay per certificate at your partner rate, with no minimum balance, no setup costs and nothing to install for your customers.
What support and tools do I get?
Every partner gets an instant issuance panel, simple pay-per-certificate pricing with a commission on every sale, a dedicated onboarding manager and a ready-made marketing kit — price lists, brochures and creatives. Distributors and franchise partners also get priority support, territory rights and an account manager.
Which products can I offer my customers?
From one account you can issue the full range of digital signature certificates — Class 3 Individual (Signing & Combo), Class 3 Organisation, DGFT certificates for import-export, and Document Signer certificates for bulk signing — plus FIPS USB tokens and value-added services.
What is a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)?
A DSC is the electronic equivalent of a handwritten signature, issued in a secure cryptographic format. It verifies the holder's identity online and lets them sign documents and file applications digitally. Demand is recurring — certificates are valid for 1 to 3 years and renew on expiry.
Which class of DSC do customers usually need?
For almost every requirement today — company filings, GST, income tax, e-tendering, EPFO and more — a Class 3 certificate is used. A separate DGFT certificate is required only for import-export filings. As a partner you can issue both, so you are never turning business away.
How quickly are certificates issued?
With paperless eKYC, most certificates are issued the same day — often within a couple of hours of completing video verification. Fast turnaround is one of your biggest selling points with customers.
Do customers need a USB token?
Yes. Every certificate is stored on a secure FIPS-compliant USB cryptographic token, so the private key never leaves the device. You can supply compatible tokens to your customers as part of your offering — another line of margin for you.
