Genuine installer — HyperPKI HYP2003 Setup (v230824), sourced from Hypersecu.
Install on Windows
- Download and extract the Windows zip above.
- Right-click HyperPKI_HYP2003_Setup.exe → Run as administrator.
- Follow the wizard and finish, then restart your PC if prompted.
- Plug in the HYP2003 token and close every browser window.
- Reopen the browser and open your portal — the token and certificate are now detected.
Install on macOS / Linux
The HYP2003 is driver-free on most modern systems. If your Mac or Linux machine does not detect it automatically, download the matching package above and follow the included Hypersecu user guide. On macOS, allow the installer under System Settings → Privacy & Security if it is blocked.
HYP2003 token not detected — fix
- Confirm the HYP2003 driver installed without error, then restart the PC.
- Unplug and replug the token; try a different USB port (rear port, no hub).
- Fully close and reopen the browser — the token is read at browser start.
- On Windows check Device Manager → Smart card readers for the token with no yellow warning.
- If you recently used a different token brand, uninstall its old driver — it can conflict.
